Measures the breakdown of employee population who was promoted split by age.
Calculation steps:
- identify the employees who got a promotion in the time frame
- correlate each employee with their age
- create age clusters
- divide the number of employees in each age cluster to the total number of employees that got a promotion
- express the values as percentages
