Depending on the percentage of completion evolution the following initiatives can be made:
- Message from HR with a reminder to take part in the survey. This message is sent by HR to entire organization although some of the employees completed the survey
- Message from direct manager. This message is sent to the entire team
- Managers and HR can remind in informal meetings the importance of taking part in the survey
- Periodic info messages with the percentage of completion
