Seniority at departure


Refers to the employees who left the company split by seniority clusters.




Calculation steps:

  1. choose your time frame
  2. identify the employees who left the company in the selected time frame
  3. for each employee that left calculate the tenure in company (date of departure – hire date)
  4. create categories of tenure (ex: 0-1 years, 1-3 years, etc)
  5. correlate every employee with it's tenure category
  6. count the number of employees in every category
  7. divide the number of employees in each category to the total number of employees who left in the selected time frame
  8. express the values as percentages
