It measure the number of terminations during the probation period.
Calculation steps:
- identify the total number of employee probations in the time frame
- identify the total number of terminations during or at the end of the probation period
- divide the number of terminations within the probation period by the number of probations
Relevant dimensions: termination initiator (company/employee), department, manager, pay index
