Measures the rate between the number of employees who left by one reason category and the total number of employees who left the company.





Calculation steps:

  1. Choose a time frame
  2. Identify the employees that left
  3. Correlate every employee that left with their termination reason
  4. Count the total number of employees within every category
  5. Divide the number of employees in each category to the total number of employees who left the company
  6. Express each value as a percentage
