Measures the rate between the number of employees who left by one reason category and the total number of employees who left the company.
Calculation steps:
- Choose a time frame
- Identify the employees that left
- Correlate every employee that left with their termination reason
- Count the total number of employees within every category
- Divide the number of employees in each category to the total number of employees who left the company
- Express each value as a percentage
