Measures the number of employees that left and were considered to occupy a key job.



Calculation steps:

  1. choose the time frame
  2. identify the employees who left within the time frame
  3. select and count the employees that were considered to occupy key jobs
  4. apply the turnover rate formula


You can twist the formula and divide by average number of employees with key jobs.
