Gender Turnover


Refers to the rate of employee turnover split by gender.



Calculation steps:

  1. choose the time frame
  2. identify the employees who left the company within the time frame
  3. correlate every employee with it's gender category
  4. count the number of employees in each category
  5. identify the average number of employees within the company in the chosen time frame
  6. apply the turnover formula for every category


You can twist the formula and divide by average number of employees in the gender category in the reference period.
