Measures the number of days between the hiring request approval and the moment the job ad is posted on internal or external recruitment channels.
Calculation steps:
- choose a time frame
- for each position identify the date the request was approved
- for each position identify the date the job ad was posted
- identify the number of days between the two dates
- average the number of days
Time to publish = job ad posting date – request approval date
