Time to fill
Measures the number of days between the hire request approval date and the date the candidate accepts the offer.
Calculation steps:
- choose a time frame
- for each position identify the date the position request was approved
- for each position identify the date the candidate accepts the offers
- identify the number of days between the two dates
- average the number of days
Time to recruit = candidate offer acceptance date – approval request acceptance date
Relevant dimensions: overall company, company levels, managerial and individual contributors, functional area, key jobs, department, job profile.
