Time in workflow step
It measures the number of days spent by candidates in each stage of the hiring process (e.g.: days spent in the resume screening stage, days spent in the first interview stage, etc.).
Calculation steps:
- choose time frame
- choose position(s)
- for each candidate in each step of the recruitment process identify the number of days spent per step
- average the number of days for all candidate in each step
Clarifications:
- Screening:
- day of entering step: the day the candidate applied
- day of exit from step: the day the candidate was notified (call/email) about the qualification for the next step (interview, testing, etc.)
- Interview:
- day of entering step: the day the candidate was notified about the qualification
- day of exit from step: the day the candidate was notified about the further qualification or rejection of his application
This measurements should be done for each candidate for each step.
