Time in workflow step


It measures the number of days spent by candidates in each stage of the hiring process (e.g.: days spent in the resume screening stage, days spent in the first interview stage, etc.).



Calculation steps:

  1. choose time frame
  2. choose position(s)
  3. for each candidate in each step of the recruitment process identify the number of days spent per step
  4. average the number of days for all candidate in each step


Clarifications:

  1. Screening:
  2. day of entering step: the day the candidate applied
  3. day of exit from step: the day the candidate was notified (call/email) about the qualification for the next step (interview, testing, etc.)
  4. Interview:
  5. day of entering step: the day the candidate was notified about the qualification
  6. day of exit from step: the day the candidate was notified about the further qualification or rejection of his application

This measurements should be done for each candidate for each step.
