Source effectiveness
Measures how many hires resulted from a source versus the total number of applicants for the same source.
Calculation steps:
- choose time frame
- choose position(s)
- identify the number of applicants for each hiring source used
- identify the number of hires made through each source
- divide the number of hires by the number of hires made through the same source
The most effective source of hire is the one that generates most hires.
