Calculation steps:
- choose time frame
- identify the number of positions filled with people referred by your employees
- identify the total number of positions filled within the time frame
- divide the number of position filled with referrals to the total number of positions filled
Relevant dimensions: overall company, by company levels, managerial and individual contributors, functional area, key jobs, department, job profile.
