Offer conversion
Measures the conversion percentage of interviewees into offers.
Calculation steps:
- add the number of interviewees for each job ad
- add the number of offers for each job ad
- divide the total number of offers to the total number of interviewees
- express it as a percentage
Dimensions: overall company, each source of hire, each job ad
Example:
This year the company hired 100 employees on positions like: customer service agent, production operator, accountant, sales manager.
For this example we will choose to calculate the conversion for customer service agent.
20 customer service agents were hired.
