Interviewees conversion


Measures the conversion percentage of applicants into interviewees.



Calculation steps:

  1. add the number of applicants for each job ad
  2. add the number of interviewees for each job ad
  3. divide the total number of interviewees to the total number of applicants
  4. express it as a percentage


Dimensions: overall company, each source of hire, each job ad


Example:

This year the company hired 100 employees on positions like: customer service agent, production operator, accountant, sales manager.

For this example we will choose to calculate the applicants conversion for customer service agent.

20 customer service agents were hired.
