It measures the number of positions recruited by external partners (agencies, freelancers, etc.) out of the total number of recruited positions.
Calculation steps:
- choose time frame
- identify the number of recruited positions
- split them into to categories: closed by internal resources and closed by external partners
- divide the number of positions closed by external partners by the total number of recruited positions
