Documented leaves
It measures the number of employees that left the company and have been through a documented exit interview.
A documented exit interview refers to either a survey completed by the leaving employee either to a form completed by HR/direct manager after a structured discussion.
Calculation steps:
- choose time frame
- identify all leaves
- count the leaves that have a documented exit interview
- divide the number of documented leaves by the total number of leaves
