Applicants conversion rate


Measures the conversion percentage of visitors to applicants.



Calculation steps:

  1. add the number of visitors for each job ad
  2. add the number of applicants for each job ad
  3. divide the total number of applicants to the total number of visitors
  4. express it as a percentage


Dimensions: overall company, each source of hire, each job ad


Example:

This year the company hired 100 employees on positions like: customer service agent, production operator, accountant, sales manager.

For this example we will choose to calculate the applicants conversion for customer service agent. If relevant you can combine jobs by level, job family, functional areas, department, etc.
