It measures the average number of hours per employees involved in training sessions.
Calculation steps:
- identify the employees that were involved in training session
- correlate each employee with number of hours of training
- add the hours in a total
- divide the total number of hours to the total number of employees involved in training sessions
Relevant dimensions: company level, department, performance, tenure, key people/jobs.
