Training hours per employee
It measures the average number of hours of training in relation to the total number of employees within the company.
Calculation steps:
- identify the employees that were involved in training session
- correlate each employee with number of hours of training
- add the hours in a total
- identify the average number of employees in the time frame
- divide the total number of hours to the total number of employees
Relevant dimensions: company level, department, performance, tenure, key people/jobs, training type
