eLearning completion rate
It measures the rate of completed courses out of the total number of courses in which people enrolled.
Calculation steps:
- choose a time frame
- identify the total number of enrolled employees in courses (including those completed)
- identify the total number of employees that completed courses
- divide the total number of employees with completed courses to the total number of employees enrolled in courses
Example:
Time frame: 1st of January to 31st of December
Total number of employees enrolled in courses: 100
Total number of employees with completed course: 70
eLearning completion rate: (70 / 100) x 100 = 70%
