- identify the employees who have all the core skills within the desired range
- identify the total number of employees
- divide the number of employees with all core skills covered to the total number of employees
The evaluation of skills can be done through:
- assessment centers
- 360 degree evaluations
Relevant dimensions: department, function, performance, company level, tenure.
