Average time to performance
Measures the average time for an employee to achieve a meet exceptions rating.
Calculation steps:
- for each job identify the time needed by each employee to score a meet expectations rating (for an easy calculation you can identify the number of evaluation cycles needed to achieve the required performance)
- average the number of days (performance cycles) for each job
Relevant dimensions: job profile, job type/category, level, support/core functions.
