Average time to completion
It measures the average time to complete an eLearning course.
Calculation steps:
- identify the employees that completed an eLearning course
- correlate each with the start date and the completion date for each course
- for each employee calculate the number of days between the start and the end
- average the number of days
A very important comparison is with the average of hours for the same sample eLearning courses.
