Engagement by category
Measures the number of employees clustered by level of engagement.
Calculation steps:
- calculate for each employee a general score based on his answers.
- cluster the scores into categories: highly engaged, engaged, disengaged, highly disengaged.
- count the employees in each category
- express every value as a percentage out of the total number of employees.

- demographics like:
- department
- tenure
- gender
- geography
- age group
- performance
- pay equity index
- pay competitiveness index
- managerial or non managerial positions
