Answer standard deviation
Standard deviation quantifies the amount of variation (dispersion) of the values within a set.
A low standard deviation means that the answers tend to be closer to the mean.
In case of engagement surveys a low standard deviation means a higher level of agreement among employees.
A high standard deviation requires a frequency analysis of the answers types.
Frequency analysis example: how many employees answered the first option in the scale, how many employees answered the second option, etc.
